1. Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy aims to clarify the terms under which ASSOCIAÇÃO FREDGIL, a commercial company with its registered office at Rua de São Pedro, n.º 3, Banzão, freguesia de Colares, concelho de Sintra, 2705-157 Colares, registered at the Diovana Barbieri’s Civil-Law Office, in Sintra, under the single legal person and registration number 517 938 049 (hereinafter "AFG"), collects, uses and processes personal data and information from its users, within the scope of their use of its website and applications.

The collection and processing of personal data by AFG is carried out in accordance with the relevant national legislation and the duly applicable Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, (hereinafter "GDPR").

AFG is responsible for its website (https://www.fredgil.com/, hereinafter "site") and mobile applications (hereinafter "apps") and is committed to the privacy of its users - natural or legal persons, whether private individuals or partners - (hereinafter "users"), and their personal data and information provided in connection with the use of said sites and apps.
